In this ambitious project, we have built a platform for the development and deployment of a goal-oriented autonomous agent. The platform covers the end-to-end development cycle of an autonomous agent. From fine-tuning from human feedback, (qualitative and quantitative) performance evaluation including LLM-as-judge metrics, cross-model comparisons, multi-model inference, LLMOps, and deployment on serverless infrastructure. As part of our efforts, we cover most state of the art patterns currently found in LLM-based systems, including input validation, corrective guardrails, RAG, and more. More importantly, all components of our solution are fully open-source, and have been tested on air-tight environments in which commercial offerings (models and tooling) are not an option.
